New York City suspends 2% bio-heat mandate

In New York, New York City has followed Pennsylvania’s lead and has temporarily suspended its 2% biodiesel blend for heating following Hurricane Sandy. The suspension goes through Dec. 2. The mandate only just began on Oct. 1.
