In Wisconsin, Hydro-Thermal will begin commercializing its slurry tank heating technology that prevents damage to the tank by using a recirculation loop that is heated by a JetCooker, a major improvement over traditional steam sparging rings that heat the tanks and lead to damage. In Myanmar, cattle are allegedly dying as a result of drinking water contaminated by Great Wall Ethanol in the Sagaing region. Lab results from the facility’s water discharge as well as 700 meters downriver from the site confirm the high level of toxicity which could be fatal.
