Fagen sues insurance company failure to back it in suit again GPRE

In Minnesota, Fagen is suing its insurance company Colony National Insurance for refusing to pay the indemnity and defense costs associated with an $11 million arbitration deal the company is currently undergoing with Green Plains Renewable Energy over two ethanol plants. Fagen is now seeking a $4.3 million settlement from the insurance company.
