The Times Leader reports that in Pennsylvania, a company filed its air-quality plan for a 60 million gallon per year (MGY) ethanol plant that was voted out of Pennsylvania’s Wright Township. Meanwhile, a second project is underway utilizing a cellulosic ethanol process. The second plant, proposed by EthosGen would occupy 100 acres, produce 2,000 metric tons of feedstock, and produce 7.5 million gallons of ethanol.
