In Bosnia and Herzegovina, a 60-tonne per day biodiesel plant is under construction near Sitnesi. The project is costed at 7.5 million euros. Output is projected primarily for the domstic market in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Land was provided by local government.
Earlier this year, a new biodiesel production factory Maribor, in Slovenia, increased capacity for the local market by 43,000 tonnes per year.
