The Philippine National Oil Company – Alternative Fuels Corporation (PNOC-AFC), said that reports of a rift with Natural Resources Group (NRG) Chemical Engineering are exaggerated and that they are moving ahead with a $1.3B agreement to build a biofuel refinery and plantation complex. Reports had been received that talks broke down between the two groups last week.
