South Korea imposes B3 mandate for 2012

South Korea has imposed a mandate for B3 biodiesel by 2012. The country had been expected to impose a mandate of up to B5 as soon as 2008. Questions have arisen regarding available supplies of biodiesel as Southeast Asian companies ramp up production amidst feedstock price fluctuations.
