California jatropha biodiesel developer completes reverse-merger, becomes public company

Global Clean Energy Holdings has completed a reverse-merger with the Medical Discoveries Inc. (MLSC.PK) shell and will emerge as a public company. Global Clean Energy is a development stage company involved in the cultivation and production jatropha-based biodiesel.

Jatropha, a native African plant, is considered a potential “wonder plant” because of its high oil output and low water usage.
