Oneida County schedules hearings for cellulosic ethanol plant proposed for Rome, NY

In New York, the Oneida County Industrial Development Agency has scheduled hearings on a 500,000 gallon cellulosic ethanol plant proposed by Mascoma Corp. for Rome.
