Ohio Air Quality Development Authority approves $55 million bond issue for 110 Mgy ethanol plant

In Ohio, the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority has approved issue of $55 million in bonds to assist in financing a 110 Mgy Darke County ethanol plant that will be operated by The Andersons (ANDE). The plant will also produce 350,000 tons of distillers grains, used for livestock feed.
