55 Mgy ethanol plant proposed for the Philippines

In the Philippines, Basic Energy announced an agreement with Metro Pacific Investments to develop two ethanol projects, the first a 55 Mgy plant in Zamboanga. The companies, which will undertake a feasibility study, have not announced the feedstock or the location or capacity of the second project.
