In Minnesota, analysis of a 2006 goal set by Governor Tim Pawlenty to establish 1,800 E85 stations in the state by 2010 revealed that E85 availability has increased from 287 pumps statewide in 2006 to 348 toay. A report in the Star-Tribune said that as much as $1 million in conversion subsidies from E85 have gone unclaimed, and E85 sales in the state increased by only 20 percent in 2007 over 2006.
