The New York Times published a report on positions taken by numerous congressional candidates on renewable energy, observing that “candidates search for a Goldilocks approach that is neither too hot nor too cold, and that voters will believe is sincere.” In a number of key districts, renewable energy is the most popular topic for conversation, the Times said.
