Ontario’s Collingwood Ethanol charged with 17 offenses stemming from odor and noise complaints

In Canada, the Ontario Environment ministry has charged Collingwood Ethanol with 17 offenses relating to odor and noise and violations. A hearing has been set for November; company officials were aghast, as they said they were working with other groups within the ministry to abate concerns over the plant’s emissions since its opening earlier this year.
