Brazil government opens four micro-ethanol plants to assist small farmers

In Brazil, the national government announced that it will construct four micro-ethnaol plants in Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina states for the benefit of small farmers. The plants will produce fuel as a cash crop and also for tractor fuel, and will also produce feed, fertilizer and and sugar based consumer goods such as juices and jams.
