In England, Helius Energy announced that it would sell its Stallingborough renewable power project to RWE Innogy UK. The 65MW renewable electricity plant at Stallingborough in North East Lincolnshire will transfer to RWE for $56 million. Helius will retain 13 percent of the profit stream from the plant for the first 24 years of operation.
