In Indiana, an analyst with Informa Economics, speaking at the International Distillers Grains Conference (IDGC) projected that ethanol production would grow from 9.3 billion gallons in 2008 to 11.9 billion in 2009, and that the dried distillers grain production would increase to 31.3 million tons, up from 22.8 million in the 2007/08 marketing year.
