23 ethanol construction workers in North Dakota arrested as illegal immigrants; possibly part of human trafficking scheme

In North Dakota, twenty three workers on the 100 Mgy Tharaldson Ethanol plant in Casselton were arrested as illegal immigrants after management at Wanzek Construction alerted officials. Advocate for the workers said that the Indian men had paid $20,000 to human traffickers who had promised green cards, but delivered fake
