In Indiana, the 100 Mgy Cardinal Ethanol plant in Winchester commenced operations at its new 200-acre site. The $150 million project includes 150 rail tank cars with a capacity of 4.4 million gallons of storage. The plant will also produce distillers grains and 8,000 tons of corn oil per year, sufficient for more than 2 Mgy of biodiesel.
