Biofuels Digest Index gains 2.29 percent as global equity markets continue rally

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, improved 2.29 percent to 53.95 as global equity markets continued to improve.   Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 1.27 percent to $27.04,  while Aventine Renewable Energy (AVR) recovered 23.21 percent to close at $0.69.  Among small caps, Panda Ethanol (PDAE) gained 33.33 percent to close at $0.40. Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
