Minnesota’s Sen. Norm Coleman aims to incorporate Rural Renaissance plan with Obama energy and economic stimulus legislation

U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman said that he hopes to incorporate provisions of his Rural Renaissance plan into the overall investment in renewable energy and the economic stimulus legislation mooted for early next year.
