Biofuels Digest slumps 8.64 percent on renewed recessionary fears

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, fell 8.64 percent to 49.47 as global equities swooned on renewed economic fears.  Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 5.93 percent to $25.55, while The Andersons (ANDE) fell 13.75 percent to $11.17.  1.27 percent to $27.04,  Among small caps, Tiger Ethanol (TGRW.OB) fell 11.11 percent to $0.08.  Overall, declines led advances 3 to 2 for the day.
