In Florida, PetroAlgae completed a reverse-merger when its parent company, PetroTech Holdings, was acquired by Dover Glen, a public company with shares trading on the OTC bulletin board. The company’s name has been changed to PetroAlgae and the stock symbol, DVGL, will be ultimately be revised.
