Becker to become new CEO of Green Plains Renewable Energy

In Nebraska, Green Plains Renewable Energy named president and COO Todd A. Becker as CEO, replacing Wayne Hoovestol who will remain as company chairman. The move was previously announced at the time of the merger of Green Plains with VBV, where Becker was CEO.
