In Brazil, the national government is soliciting input regarding its 10-Year Plan for expansion of energy for 2008-17. The plan is available on the Ministry of Mines and Energy website, and numerous technical suggestions relating to ethanol, renewable fuels, generation and energy transmission have been received and approved. The plan may be reviewed here, and suggestions for plan improvement may be sent to pde2017@mme.gov.br.
