In Brazil, Petrobras said that its biodiesel plants in Candeias and Quixad have exceeded their production targets. The company said that it had produced 2.3 million gallons at the two facilities after commencing operations in October. The company said that it expects to commence production at its Montes Claros plant in Minas Gerais next month. The three plants will have a combined capacity of 45 Mgy.
