In Illinois, Nova Bioresource said that it had completed production of 17 million gallons of biodiesel, and was operating at 50-70 percent of rated capacity at its Seneca plant. The company also said that it had completed repairs to its Clinton, IA biodiesel plant, damaged last year in fire.
