Biofuels Digest Index gains 0.34 percent to 53.19

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 0.34 percent to close at 53.19 amidst mixed results in all sectors. Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) jumped 3.64 percent to $27.88, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) gained 12.77 percent to close at $0.53. Among small caps, Cosan (CZZ) fell 10.62 percent to close at $3.62.  Overall, declines led advances by 2 to 1 for the day.
