Biofuels Digest Index drops 5.07 percent to 48.45 after Obama inauguration

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, dropped 5.07 percent to 48.45 on across the board drops following the Obama inauguration.  Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 1.95 percent to $25.12, while British Petroleum (BP) slumped 6.65 percent to $41.27. Among small caps, BioFuel Energy (BIOF) dropped 15.22 percent to $0.39.  Overall, declines led advances by 2 to 1 for the day.
