Gate Holdings, with biodiesel plants in four Euro nations, sold to Louis Drefus subsidiary

In Germany, Gate Holding was sold to UK-based Lutherstadt 126 Limited, a subsidiary of Louis Dreyfus.  Gate operated biodiesel facilities in Halle and Wittenberge in Germany, as well as Luxembourg, Hungary and Switzerland. Gate had invested more than $80 million in the Wittenberge plant.
