In Wisconsin, Midwest Environmental Advocates said that it intends to sue the Didion and Utica Energy ethanol plants in Cambria and Oshkosh, respectively, for a combined total of 5,000 violation s of the Clean Water Act. Midwest Environmental Advocates said that 2,000 violations were committed by Didion, relating to the dumping of contaminated wastewater into Tarrant Lake. Midwest Environmental Advocates said that the companies have 60 days to address the violations or face a suit in federal district court.
