In Oklahoma, Earth Biofuels announced that it has finalized financing for an upgrade to storage capacity for its biodiesel refinery in DUrant. The company said that it will install more than 1 million gallons of storage capacity for acquisition and storage of feedstocks, adding that the ability to acquire and hold feedstock will enable the company to combat volatility in feedstock prices.
