Earth Biofuels acquires 40 percent of aviation fuel supply company American Petrox

In Texas, Earth Biofuels said that it acquired a 40 percent stake in American Petrox, a fuel supply company focused on aviation industry fuels. The company provides fuels for ground equipment and vehicles for American Airlines, Continental, and Delta Airlines at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. American Petrox will continue to be led by CEO David Perry.
