Biofuels Digest Index drops 2.02 percent to close at 47.54 on large cap sag

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, fell 2.02 percent to close at 47.54 as large caps drifted downwards. Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) lost 1.56 percent to $27.11, while British Petroleum (BP) fell 2.33 percent to $39.00.  Among small caps, Biofuel Energy (BIOF) gained 3.13 percent to $0.33. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 2 for the day.
