Popular webinar returns on new EPA provisions for Renewable Information Numbers (RINs), tracking system for biofuels production and distribution

In Texas, RINStar announced that it will replay its popular webinar on the EPA’s Moderated Transaction System for Renewable Identification Numbers.  RINs are issued to track the production and blending of renewable fuels.

The webinar covers why EPA is concerned about invalid RINs, how RINs will play an even more important role with the advanced RFS2, why spreadsheets will no longer be acceptable, and the change from from quarterly to daily reporting requirements.

The call starts at 1ET on 3/5, and includes members of the Clean Fuel Standards Advisory Board (CFSAB) collecting stakeholder feedback, as well as an interactive Q&A.
