Biofuels Digest Index rebounds 4.30 percent to 44.68 on oil, ethanol revival

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, bounced 4.30 percent to 44.68 on an  oil and ethanol stocks revival. Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 3.69 percent to $26.42, while British Petroleum (BP) jumped 4.92 percent to $35.82.  Among small caps, Aventine Renewable Energy (AVR) gained 21.05 percent to $0.23. Overall, advances led declines 4 to 1 for the day.
