In Texas, Encore Energy Systems announced an LOI to acquire the 3 Mgy Geo Green Fuels biodiesel production facility in Gonzales. The plant, located on 15 acres adjacent to rail infrastructure, supports multiple feedstocks and is expected to generate $8.5 million in annual sales. Encore is now completing due diligence and financing, but did not indicate a prospective closing date.
