Construction halts on 100 Mgy corn ethanol plant in Iowa

In Iowa, construction has been halted at the 100 Mgy Tate and Lyle ethanol plant in Fort Dodge. The company cited economic conditions for the halt, but said it would not lay off company employees and would restart construction as soon as conditions improve.
