Growdiesel group calls for collaborators on algae-to-energy project

Growdiesel has announced a collaborative project to create green crude and has called for partners to join in the project “to convert Sunlight, water and CO2 to Sustainable Second Generation carbon negative biofuels including Hi-cetane Green Diesel and Aviation turbine fuel”.

Among the objectives of the proposed collaborative project are to develop technologies for conversion of sunlight to biofuels using non-potable water using algae, to develop technology for conversion of algae biomass to biocrude oil, and to analyze of life cycle emissions and economics.
