Biofuels Digest Index jumps 4.37 percent on economic recovery hopes

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, jumped 4.37 percent to 51.07 as economic recovery hopes grew. Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 3.56 percent to $28.77, while British Petroleum (BP) rose 4.39 percent to $41.86.  Among small caps, Cosan (CZZ) jumped 10.61 percent to $2.71.  Overall, advances led declines 2 to 2 for the day.
