67 percent of Americans want to know more about biofuels

In Wisconsin, a national survey by the Department of Life Sciences Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Madison found that  67 percent of respondents were interested in learning more about biofuels.  66 percent said that biofuels can reduce reliance on foreign oil. 53 percent said biofuels can reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Among respondents, 24 percent said they were interested in using corn ethanol as a fuel, 52 percent said they were neutral and 24 percent were opposed.
