IEA issues new report, says GHG reductions from ethanol will double from 1995 to 2015

The International Energy Agency’s IEA Bioenergy issued a new report concluding that GHG reductions will grow over 100% from the use of ethanol between 1995 and 2015, and offered projections on overall GHG reductions from ethanol use through 2015.
