Lawsuit by BlueEarth against HECO, Aloha Petroleum moves to Hawaii: bad faith in biodiesel project development alleged

In Hawaii, the lawsuit by BlueEarth Biofuels against Hawaiian Electric Co. (HECO) has been transferred to the US District Court in Hawaii. In the suit, BlueEarth alleges that HECO and Maui Electric did not work in good faith on a proposed $61 million biodiesel project intended for the island of Hawaii. Aloha Petroleum is also a defendant in the suit.
