Biofuels Digest Index gains 1.03 percent to 49.01 on cell eth advance

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 1.03 percent to 49.01 on gains in first gen and cellulosic ethanol.  Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 4.01 percent to $26.91, while British Petroleum (BP) fell 0.22 percent to $39.92.  Among small caps, Verenium (VRNM) gained 23.22 percent to $0.37.  Overall, advances led declines 3 to 2 for the day.
