Pearl Harbor converts memorial shuttle fleet to B20 biodiesel

In Hawaii, Pearl Harbor Naval Base has commenced a conversion to B20 biodiesel with the switch of shuttle boats from the USS Arizona Memorial from the Visitors Center to B20 from Pacific Biodiesel. Pacific Biodiesel uses waste cooking oil as a feedstock. The new clean diesel shuttle fleet was launched in a ceremony this past week at Pearl Harbor that featured WWI vet and senior Hawaii Senator Daniel Inouye.
