n Arkansas, Dynamotive USA announced a long-term contract for the supply of feedstock for a planned BioOil plant to be developed in southern Arkansas. The contract calls for the supply of 220,000 tons per year of sawdust for 10 years with pricing linked to energy prices.
Springhill Land and Timber will supply the sawdust working in concert with 25 hardwood sawmills. The Dynamotive BioOil plant is scheduled to commence construction in 2010.
