In Delaware, HyPower Fuel announced that it has filed for patent pending status in South Korea, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, India, Canada, United States of America, Brazil, Croatia and Europe to protect its waterless biodiesel production process.
“Given the increasing awareness of HyPower’s unique biodiesel process and the high degree of interest shown in our technology around the world, securing adequate patent protection has become a priority,” said CEO Douglas Bender. “We now feel much more confident in being able to share critical, confidential information with potential purchasers.”
