In Mississippi, Encore Energy Systems announced today that five new bio-fuel facilities have been targeted for acquisition, in conjunction with the Company’s recently announced business development partner, Hardin Fuels. Four production facilities are located in Mississippi with one facility located in Texas. The company is targeting distressed, idle biodiesel facilities and brings revised fuel distribution and feedstock acquisition plans to each plant it acquires.
