Communcating Renewables launches webinars for renewable energy media strategy; first webinar on social networking June 2nd
Communicating Renewables has announced its webinar series designed to arm renewable energy companies (and their communications professionals) with the tools they will need to approach, head on, the challenging task of getting the positive message about renewable energy, technologies and research out to consumers, stakeholders, policy leaders, and the media. The first webinar is scheduled for June 2nd, on Social Networking “The New Range War”.
The webinar notes that “Advocacy organizations are effectively using social media to reach consumers with the message they want heard. And consumers are listening. These advocacy efforts are impeding the success of the alternative energy industry… this webinar will teach communicators how to effectively use Social Media 1.0 and 2.0 to break free of the clutter and get your message heard.”
