Free EPA/RINSTAR “RFS2 Stakeholder Awareness Webinar” on May 20th

In Texas, Clayton McMartin from RINSTAR will host a free “RFS2 Stakeholder Awareness Webinar” with EPA this Wednesday from 3:00 until 4:30 PM EDT. This is an opportunity to learn about the new RFS2 rules and to also provide feedback to EPA through real-time polling.

New “Burden of Proof” requirements for all biofuel producers, 4 different product criteria and the associated RIN credits, the 2010 transition period and the changes it brings, and new recordkeeping and reporting requirements are among the topics covered.
